These Terms & Conditions govern your use of QRFree and any related website, account, subscription, QR code generation, redirect, analytics and support services that we make available. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, starting a trial or using QRFree, you agree to these Terms.
QRFree is a dynamic QR code platform. Contact us below.
QRFree provides tools to create, host and manage dynamic QR codes, redirects, analytics and related account features. We may update, improve, replace, suspend or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
Your subscription may limit the number of live or active QR codes you can maintain. QRFree may block the creation of additional live codes, mark codes as pending upgrade, or require you to change plan before additional capacity becomes available.
You are solely responsible for:
QRFree does not routinely review every linked destination and is not responsible for third-party websites, apps, pages, downloads, QR landing pages or content chosen by users.
You must not use QRFree for or in connection with:
QRFree may suspend or remove content, block redirects, limit accounts or terminate services where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, legal compliance or reputation.
QRFree aims to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. Planned maintenance, emergency fixes, outages, provider issues and internet failures may affect availability.
QRFree provides analytics features on an “as available” basis. Analytics may be affected by network conditions, browser behaviour, blocking technologies, device settings, caching, bots, link previews, privacy tools and other technical factors. Analytics should not be treated as guaranteed audit-grade reporting unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
QRFree and its branding, software, layouts, designs, code, features and service materials remain the property of QRFree or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.
You retain ownership of content you provide, but you grant QRFree the rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit and operate it as required to provide the service.
QRFree may suspend, restrict or terminate your access immediately where reasonably necessary for non-payment, breach of these Terms, abuse prevention, legal compliance, provider risk or security reasons.
You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel billing through the available billing or account tools where enabled.
You are responsible for keeping your own records of QR destinations, exports and important business data. While QRFree may operate backups and technical recovery processes, we do not guarantee restoration of any specific data, configuration or analytics history.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QRFree will not be liable for:
Where QRFree is liable to you, our aggregate liability in relation to the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to QRFree in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, unless the law requires otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold QRFree harmless against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising out of or connected with your content, your QR destinations, your misuse of the platform, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by QRFree’s own breach.
QRFree may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the website and, where appropriate, notified through the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Your use of QRFree is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
